Adani Energy Solutions Arm Raises ₹1,250 Crore Via NCDs

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd., through its subsidiary Halvad Transmission, has successfully raised ₹1,250 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs). This strategic move aims to support the company’s ongoing and upcoming power transmission projects across India.

The funds were raised in a single tranche via a private placement, showcasing the company’s strong ability to access debt markets. Each debenture carried a face value of ₹10 lakh and is now listed on the BSE.

“The ₹1,250 crore NCD issue highlights Halvad Transmission’s financial strength and access to capital markets.”

A Vote of Confidence from Investors

This successful fundraising reflects investor confidence in Adani Energy Solutions’ long-term vision and Halvad Transmission’s execution capabilities. The NCDs are rated, secured, and redeemable, offering stability for both the company and the investors.

The move also reinforces the company’s strong fundamentals and its commitment to sustainable growth, which continues to attract solid interest from institutional investors and debt market participants.

“The funds will play a crucial role in powering future infrastructure and transmission projects.”
