Groww IPO Allotment Status to Be Announced Soon

The basis of allotment for the ₹6,632.30 crore Groww IPO will be announced today, 10 November 2025. Investors can verify their allotment status through the official websites of the NSE, BSE, or the IPO registrar, MUFG Intime India Private Limited.

How to Check Groww IPO Allotment on NSE?

  1. Visit the NSE’s IPO allotment verification page.

  2. Select “Equity & SME IPO bid details”.

  3. In Select Symbol, choose “GROWW”.

  4. Enter your PAN number and application number.

  5. Click on “Submit” to view allotment status.

How to Check Groww IPO Allotment on BSE?

  1. Visit the BSE IPO application status page.

  2. Under Issue Type, select “Equity”.

  3. In Issue Name, choose “Billionbrains Garage Ventures Limited”.

  4. Enter your Application No. or PAN No.

  5. Complete the “I am not a robot” verification.

  6. Click “Submit” to check your allotment details.

How to Check Allotment on MUFG Intime India (Registrar)

  1. Visit MUFG Intime India’s IPO status page.

  2. Enter any of the following:

    • PAN

    • Application Number

    • Account Number / IFSC

  3. Click “Submit” to view your status.

Groww IPO Overview

The Groww IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹6,632.3 crore, comprising:

  • Fresh issue: ₹1,060 crore

  • Offer for sale: ₹5,572.30 crore

The IPO was open for subscription from November 4 to November 7, 2025, and received a total subscription of 17.60 times the offer size.
The price band was fixed between ₹95 and ₹100 per share.

The book-running lead managers were:

  • Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited

  • J.P. Morgan India Private Limited

  • Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited

  • Axis Capital Limited

  • Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited

MUFG Intime India Private Limited acted as the registrar to the issue.

Utilisation of IPO Proceeds

The proceeds from the fresh issue will be used for:

  • Performance marketing activities

  • Cloud infrastructure and inorganic growth through acquisitions

  • Brand-building initiatives

  • Investments in subsidiaries – Groww Creditserv Technology Pvt. Ltd. and Groww Invest Tech Pvt. Ltd.

  • Funding margin trading facility (MTF) business

  • General corporate purposes
