In a powerful follow-up to the precision strike, India on Wednesday released video and photographic evidence of Operation Sindoor, confirming the destruction of multiple terror camps across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

This comes just hours after a coordinated operation by the Indian Army, Air Force, and Navy successfully hit nine major terror targets—a strong and measured response to the recent Pahalgam terror attack, which tragically took 26 lives.

Joint Forces Reveal Shocking Details in Media Briefing

In a joint media briefing, Wing Commander Vyomika Singh and Colonel Sofiya Qureshi shared never-before-seen videos and images that clearly showed the devastation of terrorist infrastructure. These visuals serve as concrete proof of India’s action on the ground.

“Nine terrorist camps were targeted and successfully destroyed,” said Wing Commander Singh, adding that every care was taken to avoid civilian casualties or damage to non-military infrastructure.

Key Terror Camps Like Mehmoona Joya and Sarjal Eliminated

Colonel Sofiya Qureshi presented specific footage of major camps being destroyed, including:

  • Mehmoona Joya camp in Sialkot, a known Hizbul Mujahideen base about 12–18 km inside Pakistan.

  • Sarjal camp, located 6 km inside Pakistan, from where terrorists involved in the killing of 4 J&K police personnel were trained.

“Mehmoona Joya is one of the biggest camps of Hizbul Mujahideen and a central hub for operations in the Kathua and Jammu region,” she stated.
“It also planned and directed the attack on the Pathankot Air Force base,” she added.

She further emphasized that no Pakistani military facilities were targeted, and there are no civilian casualties reported so far.

Operation Sindoor: A Mission for Justice

Wing Commander Singh made it clear that Operation Sindoor was not just a strategic strike but a mission for justice.

“This operation was to ensure justice for the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack and their families,” she said.

The operation targeted terror groups including Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed, hitting several of their key camps such as:

  • Bahawalpur, a known Jaish stronghold

  • Balakot

  • Batrasi

  • Kotli

  • Oghi

  • Gulpur

  • Dulai

  • Maskar-e-Aqsa, and many more

In total, 21 camps were destroyed, showcasing the scale and precision of India’s military capabilities.

India Sends a Strong Message Against Terrorism

Operation Sindoor not only reaffirms India’s zero-tolerance policy on terrorism but also sends a loud and clear message: Any attack on Indian soil will be met with a powerful and targeted response.

The evidence-backed military action also demonstrates India’s technological edge, operational precision, and moral clarity in its fight against cross-border terrorism.
