Stock Market Holiday on February 26
Mumbai, February 25 – The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) will remain closed on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, in observance of Mahashivratri. As per the official list of stock market holidays for 2025, this marks the first trading holiday of the year for Indian equity markets.
On this day, there will be no trading activity in the equity, derivatives, and SLB (Securities Lending and Borrowing) segments, and all transactions will resume on Thursday, February 27, 2025.
