Real estate major DLF Ltd. has announced a complete sellout of the first phase of its debut residential project in Mumbai\u2014The Westpark, located in Andheri (West). The company confirmed on July 25 that all 416 apartments across four towers in this phase have been successfully sold.<\/p>\n

The project has a total revenue potential of around \u20b92,300 crore, according to the company’s official statement.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Looking ahead, DLF has reaffirmed its strong sales guidance for FY26, staying consistent with its prior projections.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe should be in the range of \u20b920,000 crore to \u20b922,000 crore this time,\u201d said Ashok Tyagi, Managing Director of DLF, during an analyst call held earlier this year.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This figure reflects DLF\u2019s confidence in sustaining high demand across markets, driven by strategic launches and premium offerings like The Westpark.<\/p>\n
