According to Abhishek Jain, Partner &amp; Indirect Tax Head at KPMG,<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1871\">\n<p data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1871\"><em data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1869\">\u201cIt\u2019s heartening to see GST refunds picking up, not just for exports but also for domestic supplies.
