The company has committed to spend \u20b95,000 crore each in FY26 and FY27, signaling strong confidence in the future of India&#8217;s commercial real estate market.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"858\">The investment will be channeled into developing office parks, IT\/ITeS SEZs, retail outlets, and hospitality ventures, which already make up DLF\u2019s 43\u201344 million square feet (msf) of operating rental assets.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"916\">Targeting \u20b96,700 Crore in Rental Income by FY26<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"1086\">In a post-earnings analyst call on August 5, Sriram Khattar, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of DLF\u2019s rental business, revealed the company\u2019s revenue ambitions.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1303\">\n<p data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1303\">\u201cWe will be investing in the ballpark of \u20b95,000 crore this (financial) year and \u20b95,000 crore in the next (financial) year.
