The decision would involve the Prime Minister\u2019s Office (PMO), the Finance Ministry, Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, and the Department of Telecommunications (DoT).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1234\">Reports indicate that the DoT has submitted multiple relief options to the PMO. These include a fresh two-year moratorium on AGR payments, smaller annual instalments, and waivers on penalties and interest. However, no decision has been taken so far.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1267\">Government\u2019s Position<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1592\">Sekhar stressed that the government has already extended significant support by converting a large portion of Vodafone Idea\u2019s debt into equity. \u201cAt this time, we don\u2019t have any discussion or plan to change other than what we have done,\u201d he said, adding that such matters are beyond the authority of a single ministry.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1784\">He underlined, \u201cThis is not a small amount of money to be decided by any one individual.
