It is followed by Billionbrains Garage Ventures (Groww\u2019s parent), which aims to raise \u20b96,500 crore, and Lenskart Solutions, which is planning an IPO of \u20b96,000 crore.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"1580\">Other major offerings include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1837\">\n<li data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1613\">\n<p data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1613\">Pine Labs \u2013 \u20b95,500 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1650\">\n<p data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1650\">PhysicsWallah \u2013 \u20b93,800 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1651\" data-end=\"1691\">\n<p data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1691\">Tenneco Clean Air \u2013 \u20b93,000 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1692\" data-end=\"1735\">\n<p data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1735\">Prestige Hospitality \u2013 \u20b92,500 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"1763\">\n<p data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1763\">Boat \u2013 \u20b92,000 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1798\">\n<p data-start=\"1766\" data-end=\"1798\">Orkla India \u2013 \u20b91,668 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1799\" data-end=\"1837\">\n<p data-start=\"1801\" data-end=\"1837\">Park Medi World \u2013 \u20b91,200 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"1974\">\n<p data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1974\">ICICI AMC\u2019s issue will likely be the largest, while Park Medi World will be among the smaller ones in the upcoming line-up.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2025\">Orkla India\u2019s IPO Kicks Off the Season<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2027\" data-end=\"2262\">The first among these is Orkla India\u2019s IPO, which opens for subscription on October 29 and closes on October 31. The anchor book opens on October 28, and the issue will be a pure offer for sale worth \u20b91,668 crore.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2392\">The price band is set at \u20b9695\u2013\u20b9730 per share, marking the start of what looks like a packed IPO calendar through November.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2444\">Blackstone-Backed IPOs and Retail Focus<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2716\">Sources added that Groww\u2019s parent (Billionbrains Garage Ventures) and Lenskart Solutions are expected to hit the market later this month. Both issues will include a 10% quota for retail investors, reflecting efforts to attract broader market participation.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2718\" data-end=\"2881\">\n<p data-start=\"2720\" data-end=\"2881\">The fresh equity component and promoter sales will help companies like Lenskart and Groww\u2019s parent strengthen their capital base and expand operations.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 data-start=\"2888\" data-end=\"2938\">Continued Strength in India\u2019s Primary Market<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2940\" data-end=\"3152\">Despite muted trends in the secondary market, India\u2019s primary market activity remains vibrant.<br data-start=\"3042\" data-end=\"3045\" \/>So far in 2025, around 88 companies have gone public, raising over \u20b91.24 lakh crore in total.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3154\" data-end=\"3251\">However, listing performance has been mixed.
