Retail Demand<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"340\" data-end=\"482\">The \u20b96,632 crore IPO received bids for 37 crore shares against an offer size of 36.47 crore shares, as per NSE data at 11:15 am.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"747\">\n<li data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"580\">\n<p data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"580\">Retail investors led the rally, subscribing to their reserved portion 3.41 times (341%).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"581\" data-end=\"670\">\n<p data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"670\">Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) also fully subscribed to their quota at 121%.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"671\" data-end=\"747\">\n<p data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"747\">The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) segment was 10% booked.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p premium (GMP) stood at 13% over the IPO price \u2014 down from 14.75% a day earlier and 16.70% before the issue opened.<br data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1051\" \/>As per IPO Watch, unlisted shares were trading with a 14% GMP over the IPO price.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1187\">Issue Structure and Key Dates<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1418\">The IPO includes a fresh issue of \u20b91,060 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 55.72 crore shares worth \u20b95,572.30 crore by existing investors.<br data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1348\" \/>The issue opened on November
