Britannia also confirmed that Rakshit Hargave will take charge as the new CEO and Managing Director starting December 15. Hargave recently resigned from Grasim\u2019s Birla Opus over the weekend. During Varun Berry\u2019s tenure, Britannia witnessed a significant transformation. The company\u2019s revenue grew by 2.5 times, margins expanded by over 900 basis points, and net profit surged sixfold. Its market capitalization has multiplied 18 times, reaching \u20b91.47 lakh crore as of Monday\u2019s close.<\/p>\n
