against the total offer size of 83.83 lakh shares.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"1111\">Retail investors showed the strongest traction, subscribing 65% of their allocated quota.<br data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"959\" \/>Non-Institutional Investors (NII) subscribed 36%, while Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) picked up 29% of their reserved portion.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1160\">Grey Market Premium: GMP Moves to 5%<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1414\">Ahead of listing, the Capillary Technologies IPO GMP climbed to nearly 5% over the issue price, as per Investorgain.<br data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1289\" \/>This marks an improvement from yesterday\u2019s 4% but is still below the 9% premium seen on November 14, when cloud-native SaaS solutions, is looking to raise \u20b9877.5 crore through the offering.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1713\">The issue structure includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1886\">\n<li data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1745\">\n<p data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1745\">Fresh issue: \u20b9345 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1746\" data-end=\"1886\">\n<p India Fund, Pinebridge Global, Optimix Wholesale Global, Hornbill, and Innoven Capital.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2602\" data-end=\"2635\">Planned Use of IPO Proceeds<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2637\" data-end=\"2702\">Capillary Technologies plans to allocate the proceeds as follows:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2941\">\n<li data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2747\">\n<p data-start=\"2706\" data-end=\"2747\">\u20b9143 crore for cloud infrastructure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2748\" data-end=\"2813\">\n<p data-start=\"2750\" data-end=\"2813\">\u20b971.6 crore for product research, design, and development<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2814\" data-end=\"2863\">\n<p data-start=\"2816\" data-end=\"2863\">\u20b910.3 crore for computer system purchases<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2864\" data-end=\"2941\">\n<p data-start=\"2866\" data-end=\"2941\">Remaining funds for inorganic growth and general corporate purposes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2943\"
