Across seven major public listings \u2014 Ather Energy, Bluestone, Urban Company, Lenskart, Pine Labs, Groww, and PhysicsWallah \u2014 early VCs have realised over Rs 15,000 crore, or more than $1.7 billion, through offer-for-sale (OFS) transactions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"927\">At the same time, these investors continue to hold unrealised stakes valued at more than Rs 90,000 crore, or nearly $10.3 billion, based on post-issue shareholding disclosures and closing market capitalisations as of November 20. This unsold value represents more than six times the gains already booked.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"990\">OFS Gains Cross Rs 15,000 Crore Across Seven IPOs<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1155\">The seven IPOs have collectively generated over Rs 1 lakh crore in investor value, split between realised OFS proceeds and a much larger pool of unsold shares.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1188\">A breakdown of OFS gains shows:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1427\">\n<li data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1219\">\n<p data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1219\">Groww: Rs 5,572 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1252\">\n<p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1252\">Lenskart: Rs 5,128 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1290\">\n<p data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1290\">Urban Company: Rs 1,428 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1324\">\n<p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1324\">Pine Labs: Rs 1,820 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1356\">\n<p data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1356\">Bluestone: Rs 721 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1391\">\n<p data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1391\">Ather Energy: Rs 355 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1427\">\n<p data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1427\">PhysicsWallah: Rs 380 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1534\">These figures include only secondary sales by investors, not the primary capital raised by the companies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1723\">With exits spanning mobility, jewellery, technology services, fintech, consumer internet, and edtech, the 2025 IPO cycle marks one of the most broad-based liquidity phases since 2021.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1723\"><em><strong>Also Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.niftytrader.in\/content\/big-tech-urges-trai-drop-upper-6ghz-spectrum-auction\/\">Big Tech Warns TRAI Against Auctioning Upper 6 GHz Band, Cites Performance Gaps<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"1790\">Unrealised Investor Value Now Exceeds Rs 90,000 Crore<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1886\">Despite the significant cash realised, a much larger chunk of value remains on investor books.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1938\">Groww Leads with Rs 97,000-Crore Valuation<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2110\">Groww is the biggest wealth creator in this IPO batch. With a market cap of nearly Rs 97,000 crore, the company alone forms the largest block of unrealised VC wealth.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2151\">Key investor holdings in Groww include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2324\">\n<li data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2190\">\n<p data-start=\"2155\" data-end=\"2190\">Peak XV: Over Rs 16,000 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2191\" data-end=\"2235\">\n<p data-start=\"2193\" data-end=\"2235\">Ribbit Capital: Over Rs 12,000 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2236\" data-end=\"2280\">\n<p data-start=\"2238\" data-end=\"2280\">Y Combinator: Nearly Rs 10,000 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2324\">\n<p data-start=\"2283\" data-end=\"2324\">Tiger Global: Nearly Rs 5,000 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2326\" data-end=\"2377\">Lenskart Adds Another Rs 72,000-Crore Layer<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2486\">At a valuation of over Rs 72,000 crore, Lenskart contributes significantly to the unsold investor pool.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2488\" data-end=\"2615\">\n<li data-start=\"2488\" data-end=\"2542\">\n<p data-start=\"2490\" data-end=\"2542\">SoftBank (13.10% stake): Around Rs 9,500 crore<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2543\" data-end=\"2615\">\n<p data-start=\"2545\" data-end=\"2615\">Premji Invest, Alpha Wave, Kedaara: Over Rs 7,200 crore combined<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2617\" data-end=\"2665\">Urban Company and Ather Energy Add Depth<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2667\" data-end=\"3007\">\n<li data-start=\"2667\" data-end=\"2867\">\n<p data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2867\">Urban Company, with a market cap of over Rs 20,000 crore, has investor stakes valued between Rs 1,300\u20131,600 crore each for Elevation Capital, Accel, Naperss, Vy Capital, and Steadview.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2868\" data-end=\"3007\">\n<p data-start=\"2870\" data-end=\"3007\">Ather Energy, valued at over Rs 26,000 crore, has significant holdings by Caladium, Tiger Global, the India-Japan Fund, and NIIF.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3009\" data-end=\"3074\">Pine Labs, Bluestone, PhysicsWallah Continue Adding Value<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3076\" data-end=\"3395\">\n<li data-start=\"3076\" data-end=\"3195\">\n<p data-start=\"3078\" data-end=\"3195\">Pine Labs contributes another major block, with Peak XV alone holding shares worth over Rs 4,500 crore.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3196\" data-end=\"3265\">\n<p data-start=\"3198\" data-end=\"3265\">Bluestone has Accel as its largest post-listing investor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3266\" data-end=\"3395\">\n<p data-start=\"3268\" data-end=\"3395\">PhysicsWallah, valued at over Rs 40,000 crore, places WestBridge and other early investors on meaningful unsold stakes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3402\" data-end=\"3447\">Top Beneficiaries of the 2025 IPO Wave<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3449\" data-end=\"3502\">A consolidated look across the seven companies shows:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3504\" data-end=\"3897\">\n<li data-start=\"3504\" data-end=\"3618\">\n<p data-start=\"3506\" data-end=\"3618\">Peak XV Partners: Biggest beneficiary with over Rs 21,000 crore across Groww, Pine Labs, and Bluestone<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3619\" data-end=\"3689\">\n<p data-start=\"3621\" data-end=\"3689\">Y Combinator &amp; Ribbit Capital: Driven almost entirely by Groww<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3690\" data-end=\"3745\">\n<p data-start=\"3692\" data-end=\"3745\">SoftBank: Nearly Rs 9,500 crore in Lenskart<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3746\" data-end=\"3821\">\n<p data-start=\"3748\" data-end=\"3821\">Tiger Global: Over Rs 6,000 crore across Ather Energy and Groww<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3822\" data-end=\"3897\">\n<p data-start=\"3824\" data-end=\"3897\">Accel: Nearly Rs 2,500 crore across Urban Company and Bluestone<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3899\" data-end=\"3993\">Together, these five investors hold almost half of the unsold Rs 90,000-crore VC pool.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4000\" data-end=\"4036\">Signals for India\u2019s IPO Cycle<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4038\" data-end=\"4328\">The combination of Rs 15,000 crore in realised exits and Rs 90,000 crore in unrealised holdings highlights the strength of the 2025 IPO environment.
