The companies announced the transaction on November 25, stating that the acquisition significantly strengthens IndoSpace Core\u2019s position as India\u2019s largest operator of stabilised logistics and industrial real estate.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"680\">Major Commitment from CPP Investments<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"857\">To support this acquisition, CPP Investments will commit \u20b91,400 crore, according to a joint press release. CPP Investments currently owns 93 percent of IndoSpace Core.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"1085\">The joint venture, established in 2017, focuses on acquiring and developing modern logistics facilities across India. He highlighted that the sector has become a \u201clong-term investment story\u201d supported by stable demand and rising institutional participation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"2780\">Singh stated that IndoSpace, with \u201cover 60 million sq ft developed and under development,\u201d has established itself as the largest player in India\u2019s logistics and industrial real estate market.
