Prabhudas Lilladher remains constructive on the stock, maintaining a BUY rating with a target price of \u20b95,624, implying nearly 45% upside. The brokerage, however, trimmed its FY26\/FY27\/FY28 earnings estimates by 1.8%, 11.5%, and 7.8%, respectively, to factor in near-term challenges.<\/p>\n

Macquarie echoed the bullish outlook, reaffirming an Outperform rating with one of the highest targets on the street\u2014\u20b97,700 per share. This suggests a potential 98% upside from current levels.<\/p>\n

The global brokerage noted that Kaynes Tech acknowledged the disclosure shortfall during an analyst call earlier in the week. While the company\u2019s responses were \u201creasonable,\u201d Macquarie said the episode \u201cmuddied the waters\u201d due to multiple layers of questions emerging around reporting clarity.<\/p>\n

Nomura has maintained its BUY rating but sharply reduced its target price from \u20b98,478 to \u20b95,454, implying over 40% upside. The brokerage said that while the structural story is intact, the recent developments necessitate a more conservative valuation approach.<\/p>\n

In contrast, Kotak Securities maintained a Reduce rating, revising its target price to \u20b94,150 from earlier \u20b96,180, implying just about 7% upside over the previous close. Kotak was the first brokerage to flag the inconsistencies in related-party disclosures, triggering the initial market reaction.<\/p>\n
