The company\u2019s strong performance was largely driven by a 28% increase in its assets under management (AUM), which grew to \u20b93.98 lakh crore, compared to \u20b93.11 lakh crore last year.<\/p>\n<p>This impressive growth in AUM has supported a 23% YoY rise in Net Interest Income (NII), which stood at \u20b99,382 crore for Q3 FY25, up from \u20b97,655 crore in Q3 FY24.<\/p>\n<h3>Financial Highlights:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Net Interest Income (NII): \u20b99,382 crore, up 23% YoY.<\/li>\n<li>Total Income: \u20b911,673 crore, up 26% YoY.<\/li>\n<li>Pre-Provision Operating Profit: \u20b97,805 crore, up 27% YoY.<\/li>\n<li>Capital Adequacy Ratio (CRAR): 21.57% (Tier I at 20.79%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Customer Growth Soars<\/h2>\n<p>Bajaj Finance also reported its highest-ever quarterly increase in its customer base, adding 5.03 million new customers during the quarter. The total customer base now stands at 97.12 million, reflecting a 21% growth YoY. New loans booked in Q3 FY25 also hit an all-time high of 12.06 million, up 22% from last year.<\/p>\n<h2>Asset Quality and Provisions<\/h2>\n<p>While the company&#8217;s Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) increased to 1.12% from 0.95% last year, and Net Non-Performing Assets (NNPA) also rose slightly to 0.48% from 0.37%, the increase was modest and the overall asset quality remains healthy. The Provisioning Coverage Ratio on Stage 3 assets is 57%.<\/p>\n<p>The company also increased its provisions for loan losses to \u20b92,043 crore, up from \u20b91,248 crore in Q3 FY24.<\/p>\n<h3>Bajaj Financial Securities Performance:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Profit After Tax (PAT): Increased by 119% YoY to \u20b935 crore.<\/li>\n<li>Margin Trade Financing (MTF): Grew by 70% to \u20b95,392 crore.<\/li>\n<li>Net Interest Income (NII): Rose by 123% YoY to \u20b969 crore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stock Performance and Outlook<\/h3>\n<p>Ahead of the results, Bajaj Finance\u2019s stock gained 2%, closing at \u20b97,760 on the NSE.
