According to a Board resolution as of September 16, 2003, and then the registered office was being shifted to B- 9, Maharani Bagh, New Delhi 110 065, India. Soon after, according to the Board resolution as of February 10, 2006, then the registered office of the company was being shifted to Piccadily House, 275- 276, 4th Floor, Captain Gaur Marg, Srinivas Puri, New Delhi 110 065, India that is also the current Registered Office.

  • June 2001: The commissioning of Fortis Hospital, Mohali took place.
  • August 2003: The inauguration and commissioning of Fortis Hospital, Amritsar took place.
  • October 2003: It executed an agreement with Seth Jessa Ram as well as Bros Charitable Hospital Trust for both the operation and management of Jessa Ram Hospital, New Delhi.
