  • Allahabad Manufacturing Division:It is located in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, in 105 acres and is equipped with polymerization and constant polymerization facilities.
  • Barabanki Manufacturing Division:It is located near Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and spread over 106 acres and manufactures Black Fibre.
  • Dahej Manufacturing Division:It is located near Bharuch, Gujarat, is spread over 1,778 acres. It consists of an ethane/propane recovery unit, which is a gas cracker, and a caustic chlorine plant and 4 other downstream plants that manufacture both polymers and fiber intermediates.
  • Dhenkanal Manufacturing Division:It is located in Baulpur, Orissa, is spread over 227 acres and manufactures polyester staple fiber.
  • Hoshiarpur Manufacturing Division:It is located in Hoshiarpur, Punjab, which is spread over 69 acres and manufactures a spectrum of PSF, PFF, POY, and polyester chips.
  • Hazira Manufacturing Division:It is located near Surat, Gujarat, is spread in 700 acres and comprises of a Naptha cracker feeding downstream plastics, fibre intermediates, and polyester plants.
  • Jamnagar Manufacturing Division:It is located in Jamnagar, Gujarat, is spread in 7,400 acres. It comprises of a petroleum refinery and the other associated petrochemical plants. Its refinery is also equipped to refine several types of crude oil (sour crude, sweet crude or the mixture of both) and manufactures many grades of fuel from motor gasoline to Aviation Turbine Fuel (or ATF). Also, its petrochemical plants produce plastics and fiber intermediates.
  • Kurkumbh Manufacturing Division:It is located near Pune, Maharashtra, and is spread in 34 acres and manufactures fiber intermediates.

  • Its revenues for Financial Year 2012-13 were INR 371,119 crore (or $ 68.4 billion), and Net Profit was INR 21,003 crore (or $ 3.9 billion), and Networth was INR 176,766 crore, and the total assets were INR 318,511 crore, is unparalleled in the Indian Private Sector.
  • Also, the exports for Financial Year 2012-13 were INR 239,226 crore (or $ 44.1 billion), which is 14% of India’s total exports.

  • 2013-14:
  • Both Reliance Jio and Bharti signed an agreement under which, Reliance Jio would utilize dedicated fiber pair on Bharti's i2i submarine cable that connects both India and Singapore. It will provide Reliance Jio direct access and ultra-fast connectivity to huge hubs across the Asia Pacific.
  • Also, RIL and its partners declared a vital gas and condensate discovery (or MJ–1 discovery) in the KG-D6 block off to the eastern coast of India.
  • The S&P upgraded the long-term corporate credit rating on Reliance to the 'BBB+' from the 'BBB,' as one of the highest ratings by S&P for an Indian company and also the highest rating by S&P for an Indian Oil & Gas company.
