IPO Market Set for a Boost with ₹26,000 Crore Fundraising

India’s IPO market is gearing up for an action-packed phase, with eight companies planning to go public by the end of June and during July 2025. These offerings are expected to collectively raise over ₹26,000 crore, according to sources familiar with the matter.

Key Companies in the IPO Pipeline

The upcoming IPOs include well-known names from the finance, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. Here’s the list of companies preparing to hit the market:

HDB Financial Services: The Largest IPO in the Lineup

Among all, HDB Financial Services is the most anticipated. Backed by HDFC Bank, the company is planning a massive IPO worth ₹12,500 crore, comprising:

  • Fresh issue: ₹2,500 crore

As per the information, HDB is expected to file its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) shortly, and the anchor investor portion is likely to open on June 24. The public issue may follow between June 25 and June 27.

This would mark one of the biggest IPOs in recent times, drawing strong attention from both retail and institutional investors.

Sambhv Steel Tubes Also Set to Launch IPO

Sambhv Steel Tubes, a steel manufacturing company, is also ready with its IPO plans. The company had received SEBI’s approval in March and is now preparing to launch its ₹540 crore IPO soon.
