IPOs this week span a wider range than headline counts suggest. Seven new IPOs open for bidding between August 31 and September 3, targeting a combined Rs 1,414.89 crore at the upper price band.
But the more useful number for anyone tracking IPOs this week is 14: that is how many companies actually list on the exchanges over the next seven days, nearly triple the five that early-week previews typically flag, and it includes an IPO that closed oversubscribed 244.41 times.
The Purple Style Labs IPO anchors the new-issue lineup with a Rs 680-crore luxury-fashion offer, and it arrives with its own tension built in.
The company raised Rs 306 crore from 10 anchor investors, including Morgan Stanley Asia and BofA Securities Europe, at the IPO’s upper price of Rs 575 a share.
Yet grey market activity on the issue stayed muted through the anchor round, touching a high of only about Rs 30, or roughly a 5 percent premium, as bidding opened on August 31.

Mainboard IPOs Opening This Week
The Purple Style Labs IPO, from the company that runs the multi-designer luxury platform Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, opened its Rs 680-crore book-built issue on August 31; it closes September 2 at a price band of Rs 546-575, entirely as a fresh issue with no offer-for-sale component.
Purple Style Labs’ FY26 loss widened to Rs 285.4 crore from Rs 188.3 crore in FY25, which itself had ballooned from Rs 47.71 crore in FY24, even as revenue rose 13.9 percent year-on-year to Rs 557.8 crore after a 2.9 percent dip the year before.

The Rs 459.72-crore issue splits into a Rs 250-crore fresh component and a Rs 209.72-crore offer-for-sale by promoters.
Deepa Jewellers’ FY26 revenue grew 37.69 percent, and profit after tax rose 158.23 percent to Rs 104.79 crore, putting the post-issue market capitalisation near Rs 1,701 crore.

Fourteen IPOs List This Week, Not Five
Several trackers following IPOs this week undercount the listing calendar because they only flag issues that opened in the current window.
In fact, eight mainboard IPOs and six SME IPOs make their exchange debut between August 31 and September 6, most of them carried over from issues that closed in the final week of August.
Augmont Enterprises, a gold-and-silver platform whose issue was oversubscribed 111.18 times, lists August 31. Symbiotec Pharmalab’s Rs 1,757-crore debut follows on September 1, a Rs 150-crore fresh issue against a Rs 1,607-crore offer-for-sale by promoters and existing investors in the API and specialty-ingredients maker.
Hy-Tech Engineers and Skyways Air Services also list September 1; Hy-Tech’s issue drew bids for 244.41 times the shares on offer, while Skyways was covered 71.25 times.
Annu Projects lists September 2, followed by Lumino Industries, the conductor and power-cable maker with a Rs 3,149.88-crore order book, on September 3.
ESDS Software Solution and Priority Jewels both list September 4, a full week after the ESDS IPO opened on August 28, when it closed. Day 1 subscribed roughly 2.2 times overall, with the retail portion covered 2.84 times.
On the SME side, ABH Healthcare and Madhur Knit Crafts list September 1, Sumax Engineering lists September 2, and Kwick Forensic Solutions, a forensic-technology and crime-scene-investigation provider, lists September 3 alongside Complete Sports & Management India and Paluck Technologies, which both list September 4.
Where the Grey Market Is Pricing This Week’s IPOs
Grey market premiums across this week’s IPO basket, tracked as of August 30, point to a sharp divide in investor expectations.
Hy-Tech Engineers commanded the richest premium of the week at roughly 85 percent, consistent with its 244.41-times subscription, while Kwick Forensic Solutions traded near a 71 percent premium and Lumino Industries near 68 percent.
ESDS Software Solution’s premium stood in the mid-to-high 70s percent range ahead of its September 1 close. At the other end, Purple Style Labs’ premium sat near 5 percent despite its anchor-book strength, Annu Projects traded near 6-7 percent, and Madhur Knit Crafts showed a bare 2 percent premium, signalling tepid demand for that debut.
GMP is an unofficial, unregulated indicator that can swing sharply in the 48 hours before listing, so it should not be treated as a standalone signal for any IPO this week.

Key Takeaways
- Watch Hy-Tech Engineers and Skyways Air Services on listing day; both cleared 70-times-plus subscriptions and carry the week’s highest grey market premiums.
- Purple Style Labs is a valuation story more than a momentum trade: strong anchor backing from global institutions sits against a widening loss and a grey market pricing in only a modest premium.
- Symbiotec Pharmalab is the week’s biggest listing by issue size, but investors are buying mostly an offer-for-sale rather than funding fresh growth capital.
- Track ESDS Software Solution and Priority Jewels closely between now and September 4, both close this week, but list a full week later, leaving room for sentiment to shift.
