The Company was incorporated in 1999 by a group of about 10 industrial professionals who came from Cambridge Technology Partners, and Lucent Technologies and Wipro and Mr. Ashok Soota led this team.
This Company formed a successful business and technology alliances with the big giant companies such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Bluetooth SIG, Oracle, IBM, Intel, SAP, Orange, Sun Microsystems, and many others.
The Company's client list also includes names such as Getronics, ABB, Sonoco, Elance, Symantec, while consumer goods major Samsung is among the others. In early 2011, Ashok Soota, the co-founder of the Company and also the executive chairman, quit the Company to start and work on another venture.
